I have a laptop that continuously crashes to this screen. I ran a check of the HDD in HD Tune Pro as I read somewhere that the problem could be I/O related and usually has to do with harddrives.

Can anyone help?

Download BlueScreenView

Report quoted above.

Zip up this file and attach it to your next reply.

C:\Windows\Minidump\061713-26535-01.dmp

More than likely this is a hardware issue.

OK, analyzed the dumpfile. Looks like it may be memory related. So the first thing I would do is download and create a memtest cd and boot to it to test your ram.

http://www.memtest86.com/downloads/memtest86-iso.zip

Unzip that file and then use burning software that will write iso images to a cd. Then boot to the cd and it will automatically start testing the ram.
