4 4W4K3 VIP Member Nov 15, 2005 #4 Die temp on the P-M is 100C, but try not to let it go over 60C. Laptops get hotter on average, and with stock cooling overheating can be a problem. My old Dell P3 ran in the 40C's, but that's a very unfair comparison.
