I like the top downish view of league of legends, these are the things I want in MMORPG: #3. Top down view like LoL #2. Free2Play 1.No Wizards! (I have my reasons)This is why I dont want LoL!
 
You could check out Heroes of Newarth i think that is how it spelled or Rise of immortals both f2p.

Both probably have wizards, probably gunna be a bit hard to find a game like those with out wizards or some type of class that uses magic.
