Liquid Cooling

Depends really can get cheap CPU block, pump, rad & pipes for less than £100. But I would say for around £200 you can get a good kit.

As ghost said it can vary greatly, it depends if you just want to cool your processor, or all the devices in your computer.

You can by somewhat decent CPU water cooling kits for under $100, however for a decent setup you are looking between $250-$350 just for the processor, or $300-$400 if you want to include the video card.

I have a setup that I'm not using anymore.
This pic is from when it was new. Theres about 3/4 liquid left and half tubing.

Swiftech do a couple of kits, there is the 120-compact which is CPU only and there is the 240 I think which has more in it.

there is a huge range of price and quality. you can spend between $100-500 to water cool. the custom one i'm building will cost about $420 to include the pump, rapdiator, reservoir, and water blocks for the CPU, GPU, and north bridge. water cooled system is much more expensive than air and there is much to learn about all the parts and specs

Exactly. I'm going with the Apogee GT Extreme CPU block, MCP655-B pump, and a dual-120mm radiator. The total for the entire setup will cost me about $310.

But you've got an Antec 900, that has great air cooling doesn't it... Also, wouldn't you have been better going for a bigger case if you're WC'ing?

Any reason your going for the appogee and the B version of the D5, id recommend the D5 vario and a d tek fusion

I'm going with the Appogee GT because I've seen several reviews and comparison tests, and the layout of the GT is superior to several others in the same price range. I am going with the B revision mainly because of price, since I didn't notice anything special between that and the traditional 655.
