In case you wanted to know the maximum temp of your AMD:

Look at Thermal/Power Specifications.
I would have added intels, but their website made it too hard to find all the specs.

Intel doesn't group it all together like that. You use http://processorfinder.intel.com/ and then filter by family then you can pick your processor from a list and it will give you detailed specs for it.
