Memory problem, please help

Hi all,
I have this Toshiba satelite A215 S5837 Laptop, I recently bought 2 stick Memory Master Memories 2GB each they are pc2 5300 ddr2. When I use memtest86 v3.5 to test these two stick memory I got error, but if I test them individually I pass without any error. Can anyone tell me why?
I have use the computer since then and don't see any problem yet, the OS is windows 7 ultimate, should I be worry?

I try to use Windows Memory Diagnostic to tell the same 2 stick memory. it said.
Windows Memory Diagnostic (WMD) could not process the system memory map. This occurred because of deficiencies within WMD, not the computer, As a result not of the computer memory will be tested. The specific problem was. The memory map contain ranges that above four gigabytes. press c to continue, press any other key to exit WMD.
When I continue test the memory it does not report any errors.

Is it possible the memory map can map the memory to above 4 gigabytes?
the error that return by memtest86+ is above 4 gigabytes too. is something wrong with my computer memory map? if it is. how do I correct that?
