Hello. I have a Mercury Mail server. It doesn't send anything. Can anyone please tell me how to fix it? And what would be the correct setup. I really need it for members to validate.

If it's not sending any mail then it might be a smtp problem.
What OS are you running this on?
Do you have a firewall on your system or on an external network device like a router?
 
Open port 25 in both firewalls. You might need to setup port forwarding on the router for port 25 to your e-mail server.
