Message When Entering BIOS-Uh-oh?

My computer froze up on me a little while ago. I think it may be because of a somehwat unstable overclock of my E6600 to 3.1GHz, only changing the FSB speed. It has frozen like this once today, and once yesterday, so its not often, but may be enough for problems. When I restarted i noticed this message on the black screen that shows up as I entered BIOS...

"A 267MHz system bus proessor is installed. This processor is not supported on this system board, and will run at a decreased processor clock speed. System Performance will be impacted."

What should i do?

Whenever you OC anything and start seeing lockups or big time errors the usual step is to clear the board's cmos to bring all bios settings back to the factory defaults. I've seen that on a few occasions with the last case here and found that an annoyance but necessary whatever when you plan on ocing.

Once you pop the battery out of the holder and wait 30 seconds to move the jumper back and forth you simply re-enter time and date and go in to make the same changes if any you had set before the oc. Look at the user manual on clearing the cmos for specific instruction there. It goes quick.
