Minecraft issue please help!

Hey Guys I'm Having a pretty annoying issue with minecraft!!! I don't know what it is since it never did this on my other computer! This issue happens every like 15 Minutes! I don't know how to fix this So if you could help that would be Great! This is what I see every time it happens!

PLEASE HELP!

Buy more RAM for your computer or increase the size of the paging file.

Buy more RAM for your computer or increase the size of the paging file.

With 8GB I was getting that, it isn't a problem with the actual RAM but with the programming.

Reduce your draw distance from far to normal and try again
