my firend has an account he lets me use and on his computer he sees like 12+ games which inculse CS1.6 CS:CZ , CSS , HL , HL2, HL2: DM, DOD, GM, and more but when i log in on my computer all i see is CS1.6 CS:CZ , CSS, GM and HL2: DM. how is that possible? is there something i have to do to have them show up?

Lol - I take it you don't know how Steam works?
Steam wont let you download the games onto your computer because they're still installed/running on your friends PC. I have no idea how you managed to download some of his games though - you should consider yourself lucky. Technically, your friend has only bought one license for the game to be installed on one computer only, so really he's breaking his agreement with the game manufacturer when he bought it.
