Hiya,
I've got 2 sites which are just over a year old but are low traffic which I would like to get busier.
Site 1.

This site has around 220 members of which 8 are active. There are just over 15000 posts made mainly by the 8 active members. I want to get the other registered members coming back again and also to increase registrations. (Theres been 2 registrations in the last 6 weeks)
Site 2.
www.ntlhellworld.com
This site has around 260 members. There are approx 1500 posts on the whole site. Most people have never posted or just made one or two posts. Between the 2 admins and 1 mod on the site we have 700+ of the total posts. Registration is extremely slow. There have been just 2 new posts on the site in the month of Novemeber so far.
As you can see I need some help getting these sites more active and registrations happening more frequently.
All suggestions are welcome.
