need help setting up

hi all.
(to start with im 110% cluseless on machines) be gentle

need help with my laptop, i bought a new game called ''OFF-ROAD DRIVE''
and it will not play.

my laptop is a HP Compaq Presario CQ61-305SA
Windows 7 32 bit

Game system requirements minimum
OS: Windows xp/vista
CPU: intel pentium IV 2.0 GHz
RAM: 1 GB
Graphics: DirectX 9.0 compatible video card with 256 MB
RAM / HDD: 8 GB / DirectX 9.0 compatible sound card (DVD-ROM)
Keyboard / mouse

RECOMMENDED
OS: Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 CPU: intel core 2 due 3.0 GHz or AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ / RAM 2 GB
DirectX 9.0 compatible video card with 256 Mb RAM / HDD:
8GB / DirectX 9.0 compatible sound card / DVD-ROM/ keyboard /
mouse / internet connection of at least 128KB/sec for network play
nVidia graphics cards are supported

Right this is what i done.

Disk in
auto run
installed its conntents
then it says do in order
* go on start
* select programs
* find folder with ''/1C Company / off road drive
* Open Folder C:
*open program files
*1C company
*off road drive
*binaries
* win 32
*AND RUN PP3.EXE ( i can not find this in the win 32 file like the instruction says

Sometimes, when a program won't run, I bypass the "all programs" from the start menu and click on "my computer" (usually on the desktop), then click on the C drive, then find the program I want to run, open it up and then find an icon that either says "setup.exe", if that's what you need to do again, or one that looks like the main program with an .exe extention. Sometimes it opens up from there. Try that instead of going the binaries and win32 route, and see if you can get some results that way.

Be advised that I am only a novice geek, and what I just typed may not help your situation at all - but we can hope.
 
Nothing if what you said makes sense OP. Why don't you just run the disc again and choose play from the autorun?
