Need help with graphic card

Hi!

I have an Aspire One D270-26Cws.
The graphic card is not working for some reason.

I tried to re install the driver, I downloaded it recommended one:
VGA_Tntel_v.6.14.10.4926
I sayed that the computer didnt meet the minimum requirements to install the program.
Do you have any suggestions what to do next?
