Network Problem

I have a Alienware m15x. A couple of days ago, i suddently lost internet connection. First i thought it was the wireless net on my labtop thas was messing with me since no wireless networks showed up. But i then tried cable connection, even a usb modem. And nothing worked, it is like the internet just got deleted. What should i do? Is the network card dead, or what could it be?

If you have a modem & router unplug both of them and leave it unplugged for 30 secs. Once those 30 secs are up then replug both devices in, wait till they boot up then see if they internet will show up under wireless connections if not then try to and use the plug if that don't work then post here.

Are you connecting to the internet on any other device or computer; if not then try to connect with another computer / laptop or even phone or ipod if it connects then you know the problem is with your computer.

Also try downloading the latest drivers for your pc/laptop and make sure they all are up to date.

Go into the device manager and let us know if there are any

next to any devices.
