New egg bad svs.

I placed and order and made a mistake so i cancled on step one.Made the same mistake so i had to cancle again on step one.Well finally got it right so i let it go through.Well later that day i noticed 3 pendings in my bank from new egg.So i called there support and they said the 2 pending will be cleared in 24 hrs.Well that goes by and what u know still there.So i call again and they email me some void info that they have on the two accounts.Well i then called my friend that works at my bank and he said its not on newegg letter head so he cant do anything.But also says that its on neweggs side to remove the pending.Thats what i was thinking since they were asking bank for the money they then have to decline that amount.Well finally 4 days later and now its no longer pending but they have removed the amount from my card not once but twice on both cancled orders.I mean i dont have a lot of money so this is bill money.Were talking over $700 usd.Not only do i have to fight them but i know have to pay to do it,And push some bills back(late fees).Im very up set.I have posted below the stages the use.From what i see stage one clearly says u card has not been charged.But the tech says it always is charged on step one.Srry to rant to yall but i needed to blow some steam,plus let u know be carefull and make sure u dont have to void a sell.Any way time to Battle.

Sometimes (they say this somewhere) you cant void your order or something...
Edit: and when i just canceled an order with them for a CPU cooler, it was canclede immediatedly, no charges made or anything.
 
I did a similar thing, i accidently ordered two video cards instead of one, so i VOID one of the orders, and it said it was sucessfully VOID. However in my bank account the charge went through, so i e-mailed them and they said they would refund me in a couple of days, and they did.
 
When I was placing an order with Newegg for the parts for my current computer (below), I accidently messed up the credit card info, so I hit "VOID", and immediately the order was void.
 
I never had a problem with NewEgg. I have purchased mega dollars in parts over the years. I never had to RMA anything at all. No problems with credit cards or delivery.
 
You have to remember that you made your orders (yep, even though you made a mistake twice, it was still a valid order) that you were dealing with a computer versus a live person. I don't know if you have been trying to clear this up through emails or via phone, but as hard as it is to swallow; normally companies do take a while to refund money that has been paid via credit card. Sometimes takes 30 or so days. Always triple check when making orders online before pushing that magic button. I made the mistake of purchasing plane tickets online after having a few of the "king of beers". Got my confirmation with me leaving from an airport 70 miles away versus the one across the street. I won't do that again. Hope all works out quickly for you.
 
Yea im gona double check everytime now.Jus that i did talk to them in person about the issue.And also the fact that step one clearly says we have not billed ur card yet.The man on the phone says takes 24 hrs before the bill the card,
