New laptop

Hi i have no idea what is good and bad etc about a laptop, but im looking at getting a new one, i currently have a dell and ive had alot of problems with it, can any one please tell me which is the best laptop i can but i am looking at spending upto £400 on one.

Basically what you should look for is a Intel processor (runs cooler, and is faster IPC than AMD) and if you need games then a good GPU. About 4 GB or so of RAM and 250+ GB of HDD would be fine for most people.
Good brands are Dell, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Sony, Sager, MSI, Panasonic (I think), samsung, Asus, and Lenovo.
