NFS: Carbon PC, 2 versions??

Hi, I want to know if anyone has NFS Carbon for the PC. And if there is a difference between the two version

The collectors edition comes with a few extra cars IIRC and a DVD that i never bothered to watch about the making of it i think.

What settings could I run this game with:

P4 3.06Ghz
1.5GB PC3200 DDR RAM
Radeon 9550 128MB (if it isn't dead, why replace it)
It'd be installed on my Raptor hard drive.. 10,000RPM Sata.

well I try running on all high settings but I get very little frames like 30 about. I am running on AMD x2 5200+ 2.61GHz, 2GB DDR2 ram, and a geforce 7900GS. If i lower the shader level to low, and everything else high I can get 70 to 100 frames.

Exactly, but I think there's more challenges or something like that too...I don't remember, beat it so long ago (lol)
