Antec P280
Fractal Design Define XL
Corsair 500R

They all cost about the same, are all roughly the same size, although the define XL is the only "full tower" there, the other two are quite large for "mid tower" cases. Im currently using a Xclio Windtunnel full tower case which is large, but not much larger than the P280 or 500R.

As far as what im putting into the cases, nothing to crazy. A HDD with a SSD or two, 1 optical drive. Which case I get depends on whether or not im going to acquire a corsair H100 cpu cooler or get a fan cooler.

As far as GPUs I have a pair of GTS 250's that im transferring over to the new build, but I plan on getting some bigger cards in the future possibly some 580s or waiting until the 600 series cards come out.

If anyone has other cases they'd like to recommend, im open to suggestions.

Just looking at the two vs one corsair one, one question is "do you want to have a fancy one that you can see your components or not?" <-- I personally want to show off my build. I want people to look at it and drop their jaw and get the impression that i know what i am doing. That being said i would look at the Corsair one from those three choices.

Next you will have to look at function. I personally like a computer case that not only looks good, but serves a "builder easy" function. Meaning features of the case made for the builder to allow him an easier more versatile experience. <-- for this i would go for the Fractal case. Just for the simple fact of the "noise reduction" "Stylish and Flexible HDD trays" features, along with the cable management looks better.

So in my opinion (because of my personal preference) i would put these three cases in this order, from choice nominations:

1) Corsair Carbide
2) Fractal Design
3) Antec P280

*The Antec is a good case, good reviews on it, but not my top pick from these cases.

EDIT: Forgot to add in my case suggestion: Corsair 600T <-- own the white edition one and absolutely LOVE this case. Simple yet sexy looking, very builder friendly and has TONS of features.

In your price range I'd also suggest the Lian-Li Lancool PC-K62. I have that case and love it. It's got a lot of room.
