Noisy XBOX slim

For some odd reason my xbox became noisy as HELL when is sitted flat, only solution is to sit it upright....


Had it since Xmas, well done Microsoft......

It's as if a fan is catching on something. It is only when its flat.......Once I hold it at an angle the humm goes away.

Probably just a bad fan, or maybe something loose hitting in when turned a certain way. You could use the warranty and send it in. Although I would personally just deal with it for now, you might need the warranty in the future.
