Oblivion Mod Question.....

Can adding too many mods that add content to Oblivion potentially decrease FPS? (other than the obvious environmental mods.......)

Yes. Each mod gets loaded on to your ram. Once your computer uses virtual ram, your FPS will drop considerably. But it will take a lot of mods to use a substantial amount of ram.

So like adding a bank in the main city, a gore mod and class mod additions, on top of the whole make Oblivion Pretty environment mod, can lower my fps?

Enter the Shinobi

Hi,
I'm currently running on Windows 7 x32, and am looking to mod my oblivion. I downloaded "Enter the Shinobi", and used omod on it.
After doing this, i activated it and went into the oblivion data files menu and checked it.
When loading up the game, i started a new character to play the addon pack in full.
So i played through the starting area - and nothing happened. The omod didnt work in the slightest. Any help?

Did you read the mod's description/readme file? It seems like you should be able to find a note and two bags in the cell where you start the game and then you have to go to a shrine northeast of Rielle.
