Hey, I have an online radio which plays chart music etc. Anyway a friend consulted me that I needed a licence else i'd be liable for copyright infrigment. Does anyone know if this is correct?
I can't imagine that's true... Anyone can run a radio station at AM frequency, so I don't see why you need a license to run a backyard radio station online.
