Outlook Express Memory

I only know enough about computers to be dangerous. Yesterday when I opened my 3 month old computer to check my email in Outlook Exress, I got a message that said it could not open my email because the was not enough memory. What does this mean? Does it mean that I don't have enough space dedicated to email or does it mean something else? Whatever it means - can someone tell me how to fix it?

On a system that new you probably haven't had enough time to run out of hard drive space to see that message come up. There's one method to try out in order to see this corrected. That is explained at http://www.insideoutlookexpress.com/problems/errors.htm#crash

Problems like that are usually caused by corruption of the OUTCMD.DAT file. Try renaming that file and see what happens.
