Possibly but there are better and more useful configurations (depending mostly on what you want to do).5

Assuming that you're running a Windows platform, here's a potential setup
- Windows + Main Apps = 20GB max
- Data
- Games
- Multimedia
- Quick Storage = 2-5GB
- Long Term Storage = Huge

The actual values of the split should probably be dependent on the amount of stuff you think you'll need
