My friends have helped me pick out a few, but I would like some outside opinions, hopefully none that are too biased.

Nice setup ... note however that your setup is the discontinued S754 architecture (meaning it is not futureproof). of course the S939 is noticeably more expensive....

In that case, it's an excellent setup ... you might be able to get more if you went after a P4C-2.8 + i865PE hwoever

P4C-2.8 = Pentium 4 (NorthwoodC), 2.8Ghz
i865PE = a motherboard based on the i865PE chipset such as the ASUS P4P800
