PC or Mac?

well let me start by saying my name on here completely describes my knowledge of computers in general. I am a musician and have some recording equipment that requires me to use my computer to save all my songs and such. I think they are called wav files but I am not certian on that, anyway, all I know is that they take a TON of room up on my computer. my software for the program works for both PC and Mac, so which do you think would be better for me to get? I need something newer because my old computer here has just about had all she can take haha.

Please bear with me if I don't know the proper language with computer stuff, like i said...I'm clueless haha

i don't think that is make a huge difference


whatever one you get make sure you have a good CPU, LOTS of HDD space, around 1 gig of RAM, a midrange video card and for you a good sound card

I would still get it for the PC. If you are running out of room, have a computer techician install a new hard drive for more space, or get a completely new computer. What kind of musician are you?

I play mostly Christian/Catholic music, I write about 90% of what I play in that area. Only have one CD out at the time but more are on the way. I also play alot of other stuff just for fun (like popular country, classic rock) not really to record.
