jancz3rt <b>VIP Member</b> Jun 28, 2006 #2 Heya Generally speaking, it's a one-off problem and does not spread. I have had one dead one on my Panasonic LCD monitor from 1997 and has been the same since. Check for the dead pixel policy of Acer and you coul possibly have it replaced. JAN
