Please help 'FLTMGR_FILE_SYSTEM'

My PC runs fine when im using it, but when i STOP using it, after about 15 minutes being Idle, the whole screen goes blue and comes up with something about shutting the system to prevent damage, then it gives this;

FLTMGR_FILE_SYSTEM

i dont know what to do about this, it really annoing if im trying to download a large file, as i dont want to have to wait hours by the computer just so that it dosent shut down.

there is also another bit of info in the message that appears. it gives me technical information which looks like this;

***STOP: 0x000000F5 (0x0000006A, 0x86625108, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)***

again, no idea what this means, please if anyone knows what to do help me.

That's a STOP error.. and honestly.. there really isn't a sure fix for it. You can format your PC and hopefully it'll run.. but that's something u have to decide for your own sake.

Your error is like close to the bottom.

maybe update to SP2 if you haven't already... or revert back if you have already did.
 
thanks for the info, i have SP2 installed so dya rekon that my best course of action would be to re-install SP2. as i really dont want to format my PC
