Please Help This is VERY frustrating!

Hey forum, today I would like to ask you a question that has really been annoying me. I downloaded mods (Laser Mod which works) but once I download the Xray mod on minecraft, the game gives me the black screen in start up! Please Help! I've been ring to figure this out forever so if you could help it would be Great!
 
What other mods do you currently have installed? Also, have you checked to see if all of your mods are compatible?
