Popular PC Games?

Anyone know any fun PC games? I quit WoW and WC3 about 2 months ago. Tried Supreme Commander, didn't like it much. The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion was fun at first but got just a little bored( I guess no more MMO *shrug*).

Btw I like strategy games (MMO)rpgs, and FPS for PC.

Just wondering what you guys game.^^

how about starcraft? that game might be old but how ever the balance on unit and timing is really the #1 out there. For mmo I think guild war is another great one but however if you can wait for a few more month wait for hell gate london. that game seems promising then build war.
 
There's so many popular pc games dude!! I currently enjoy Strategy Games and MMMORPG.

Here are my few favs:

Strategy(Starcraft, Warcraft 3, Red Alert 2)
MMORPG(Silkroad Online, Phantasy Star Universe Online, Scions of Fate)
Action/Adventure/Horror:eek: (Devil May Cry, Max Payne 2, all GTA, Mafia, all Silent Hill)
Driving/Racing(NFS Most Wanted, NFS Carbon)

I play these games randomly just to satisfy my needs:D
 
Starcraft.. lol, sheesh. I got so many people into that and started a clan back in 1999.. played till 02.. probably greatest game ever made. I installed it about a year ago to see how it was, i sucked so bad, so many korean games like %)#U%_^# made up 99% of them. Hackers.. i pray for SC2!!
 
Why not mix stratergy and FPS together, I'm playing a great game at the moment, Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter.

thats a fun game :D not as good as Rainbow Six: Vegas IMO though lol


You Into Driving games? if so try TmNations, its completely free and soooooo fun :D lol

dont worry sc2 or diablo 3 is on our way. blizzcon 2007 augest 3-4 is the big day for us blizzard fans.

Amazing WW2 FPS
Very realistic
supposidly one of the more realistic games out to this day actually

I spend a nice amount of time on it :D

I hope so, those were one of the best games when they came out. Diablo was a classic, didn't take too much time as WoW did and seemed more satisfying IMO but when I installed it again some time recently, the graphics were horrible.
 
Counter-strike source. Excellent game. And a good thing is once you get bored of one map go to the next one :)

I think that was the most popular fps game during the time. I played around cs around 2003.


Btw does anybody know what Blizzard is working on as far as games are concerned? Or is just all World of Warcraft?...
 
I still play counter strike source too, it is still one of, if not the biggest fps.
You can try Warrock too, its a free online game (basically BF2, but a little worse because its free) its fun for a while.
 
I highly doubt that SC2 or a Diablo 3 will be coming out. If I'm not mistaken the developers who made those games was called Blizzard North, and a few years back they got into a nasty dispute with the rest of the Blizzard company and they broke off, taking with them the rights to SC and Diablo. Not sure if there will ever be another SC or Diablo. Sometimes things are just left the way they are anyway, look at 90% of movie sequals :)
