Probs with my new 64bit AMD + 1question.

hello,
i bought a new PC.
AMD Athlon 64
GA-K8NS Pro (that one with the dual bios...)
R9600XT 256MB
512MB of RAM DDR400
and i have every 12 hours (or sometimes i dont have it) a stop screen.
0x0000009C, i didnt oveclocked it and my RAM is OK beacouse i tried another..

is it possible to fix it ?

and what about XP 64bit ? is it out ? officially ?

no XP 64-bit is not out yet.

can it be the PS ? its only 300W ! is it enought fo 1HDD 1CD-R 4PCI cards and V.card ?
