Ps2 codebreaker

I'm in need of a ps2 codebreaker, and I can't find one anywhere. I know the ps2 is old, but are these obsolete?

Does anyone know where I can find one without having to pay a fortune on amazon or ebay?
 
After a quick Google, it seems a "PS2 Codebreaker" is used to "Crack" the PS2 or games.

If it is what I think it is, we can't talk about that here, sorry.
 
It just puts in cheat codes to unlock stuff like unlimited ammo and invincibility.

As far as finding one, I suspect they dont manufacture them for PS2 anymore so your only bet is going to be finding one used (through ebay or amazon).
 
This is why I love my emulator...I got a free code breaker because I can put all the cheats directly to the emulator :P
However unless you Ebay your not going to find a cheap solution for this. They no longer make them thus price shot up and the abuse system kicked in. Can always try a gameshark as they should be cheaper but might not have as many cheats.

Not really worth it. People are getting crazy on PS3. PS2 is slowly dying. Unless you are a crazy fan on PS2. :)
 
Thank you for replying to me. One of my relatives was wanting it for his ps2. I've never bought one before, so I didn't know where to find them, but I know that I've seen them at walmart before.

Also, I've heard that you can download the program that was used for the codebreaker since it is no longer manufactured. I don't think that would be illegal or not, but if anyone has any solutions besides amazon or ebay just let me know.
