Question about my laptop.

My wireless connection doesn't work when I close my laptop. I was trying to download when I closed it. Apparently when I do this the wireless connection is discontinued. Is there a way I can configure the laptop where the internet connection is NOT disco'd when I close my laptop?

Your laptop probably goes to suspend when you close your lid. Go to the Power options, Advanced, and you should see something about the 'lid button' in the power button's area.

Check your laptop settings.

There should be settings that make the laptop take certain actions when you close the lid like standby, hibernate, etc... I dont know if yours will have it because I dont know if its standard on laptops.

But, mines have a setting for doing nothing when you close the lid.. so if it has that, try that.
