questions for sympatico user!

Hey y'all

i'm using sympatico and i got a problem but i dont know if it is... but when i load up my computer i get 2 pop ups ... "work offline" but they are frozen so i use ctrl+alt+del and close the pop ups but its annoying.. i'm wondering if anybody exp with it and help me with a solution!
