Ram cooling

My ram gets a lil hot so I was considering ordering the ram cooling.

The pack comes with 2 coolers(heatsinks) but I don't know if you have to install the heatsinks on both sides of the ram or only on one side. I need to know so I can order 1 or 2 packs.

Look at your memory, and if it has black raised chips on both sides, you should put coolers on both sides.

Alright, il check for that when I get home tomorrow after noon.

Another thing now, Is this to put above/under the video card or sound card to keep it cool? :

I also need a good cpu fan/heatsink but tigerdirect.ca doesn't have any zalmans and that's what Id prefer and im pretty sure that newegg doesn't ship to Canada.

I also need a case fan for the back of my pc but im not sure how many mm's my back is!

In regard to the Case fan, you are just going to have to measure it in order to be 100% sure you order the correct size. For example, if the fan is 9 cm tall and 9cm long then that would mean the fan is a 90mm x 90mm fan. In most situations width is not an issue.

(edit: after reading this seems confusing) measure the 2 sides like this "L"

It really depends on what video card you have. The video card in my sig has a self-contained cooling system that exhausts out the back. But if you have a video card with an open cooling system, then putting that above the card blowing down would help cool it, I assume. However, if it only has a small HSF, or no fan, it probably doesn't need the extra cooling anyway.
A sound card would not need to be cooled

I have an x1900xtx. It has a fan underneath it that's built into the card and it exhausts the air out the side or back.
