Resolution Problem?

Just recently, i tired installing civ III and AOE III on my my computer, and when i run the game, i get some kind of resolution problem. it displays the game 4 times really tall and skinnily along side each other. Other games work perfectly fine and never encountered this problem before. I have a nvidia geforce fx 5200. can you help me?
 
Aparently other people have got that problem too, do you have a LCD? try to change your resolution and refresh rate. Can't you play in 800X600 mode? I had a FX5200 before and I can play Doom 3 with it in 800X600 mode.
