I picked up the game during the Steam sale. I did my research beforehand and found out my laptop (specs below) could run it after watching this video.

We pretty much have the exact same hardware apart from mine being a i7 740qm which is better, but I'm only managing 20-24 fps on low settings at 1280x800. My GPU drivers are up to date.
 
the video above was from 330m as well. he's running on better settings and better frame rates and yet, i'm getting worse with a better cpu than him.
