I have a serious problem. My CRT screen 15 Inch is sometimes flashing. It's like the screen is turning off. But it's still on. It's very irritating. Do you know what's going on?

Maybe a shortin the cable? Does it do it randomly? or when you move around? by time? Look for a pattern.
