If I want to sell a bunch of old pc games on eBay, do I need to worry about serial numbers? I mean, is the game registered to that number, so it can't be used again? I didn't think it was since I'm always reinstalling games and the such but just wanted to check. Thanks
its only registered to the name, so the company knows who bought it. games like BF2 can be hard to resell, since the serial numbar is bound to a online account wich is needed to play it. but games like Warcraft 3 or Homeworld etc shouldnt be a problem.
not sure how you could do that.. maybe you can change the accounts email and password to some hotmail adres you make for just that, then its doable I think, because you can pass the info of that email adress on to the person that buys it, wich then can change it to his email adress and a pass he wants. either way, most games shouldnt cause problems I think, just make sure noone else uses the key but the person who bought the game. (not even yourself )
