Hey, are any of you thinking of getting this? seems good £10 pm for 16MB broadband.... It is unlimited but they cap the download amount during peak hours if your a heavy user, this is from 6pm to 11pm. sweet for a tenna

What do you think?

Looks really good. i thought there might be a catch, but i think they can afford to give it so cheap cos you have to have SkyTV. But 16Mb wih free activation and a tenner a month?.....where do i sign up?:D
 
lol im trying to order it now.... been on hold for 50 minutes :O

Ok gave up after 1 hour and 15 minutes on hold :( try again tomorrow :)

You guys are soo lucky, the highest i can get here is 3MB DSL, and even then, its only like 2, cuz i live so far away from everyone...
 
psht.. we dont even have dsl in my area

but i overheard something about how our city is making a contract with a dsl company so everyone that lives here gets it for FREE
 
britain makes me mad with their fast as heck cable.....had a buddy of mine in scotland he got 4 meg from them and has free upgrades all the way to 10 MB and expected to go up again soon for free..in the US we pay northing short of an arm and a leg for 6 - 8 MB cable

Its insanely fast yes, dont remember the exact speed thoguh. Sweden uses fibre optics now and they have standard speeds of like 24Mb

I pay £35 for 10Mb broadband.
 
japan has speeds of 26 mb as far as i know some of those people have seen speeds as high as 50 mb...however hong kong has 1 gb lines
