Slow computer

OK............im not very computer literate, but I do have some questions

1. I have reformatted my computer thinking it would help the problem of being so slow, but it did not work, im thinking it was KaZaA

2. Could it be any Viruses or worms.........how can I solve this Prob?

3. Software?

could it be ur computer is slow to begin with? whats the specs? try scanning for spyware

Yer your computer might be pretty slow.... Probably Lack of RAM

Or processor speed.

anything above 500mhz would be able to handle WINXP fine...so it's most likely is RAM

Unless his precessor is overheated only then that will happen

If it was reformatted then it's clean...
What's your system specs? And what OS do you have?

Right-click Start > Explore > Control Panel > System

Under the "General" tab should be a listing called "Computer:" What does that say?
