The update has an installer included. Since there was a tie up at their support site the link here is for the autoupdater. http://us.creative.com/support/down.../&hdAllProduct=1&LangID=1033&hdDspLangID=1033
Did you lose the original? The updates will install and run the card. You can even create desktop shortcuts off of the programs menu for the volume, EAX, mixer, and speaker settings.

You may be able to get an iso disk image from the links seen at: http://forums.creative.com/creativelabs/board/message?board.id=soundblaster&message.id=25677 You have to go through third party links there however if they were uploaded.
