Spammers On Computer Forum

Why do people get an account and post ads here, does someone pay them for it or something? I think it seems pretty pointless most people here obviously have a background in computers (and in common sense) and are going to realize that a free laptop is not going to happen. Just a thought of mine...

lol i havent seen an add on here yet, but im sure there everywhere. They do get paid for it, and most of the time it is computers making accounts and spamming it up.

LOL, seriously, but you also forgot, free Ipod, free software, free speakers, free psps, free children, free tvs, freewhatches.

not all. some work. some dont. theres just a bigger catch depending on the item. mostly it doesn't work.

and yea they get paid, for example, something like google adsense. they pay you for letting them put ads on your page. certain clicks generate certain amounts of money. its basically something like that with a referral link that they post.

MOst of them dont get paid,, if you loko at the hyperlink it has a referal thing, they think if they get X amount of people to sign up that they willa ctully get the labtop themselfs..


and sometimes its peopel spamming links to there own site for traffic.
