So i purchased the DLC (Specact Kit) for Battlefield Bad company 2 on Steam,went to redeem the code and got this.

So i contacted EA support like two weeks about it and still not got a responce from them.

What the hell do i do now? I paid for this and have not got what i paid for,Im really pissed that they have not contacted me back...over two weeks is plenty of time would you guys agree? :mad:

and before anyone says,No i have not mistyped anything,There are no "0"s that look like "o" or anything,My code was typed right.
 
I asked on the Steam forums,but as usual not much help at all.

Ive not contacted Steam support directly though,as i think they will just say contact EA..but its been two weeks since i did and nothing from them. :/
 
iirc it was £6 and yes its DLC on steam,Still not been able to activate mine on Steam,EA support are useless and keep telling me to contact steam,which i have done with no success.
 
Does it have to be done through stream or can you buy it through the EA Store? I found where it tells about the kits but doesn't say where to buy it.

Do I have to have BC2 installed through steam in order to buy this kit? After looking on Steam's website, it says BC2 on steam is required. Am I out of luck trying to buy this kit? I do not have BC2 installed through steam.
