Speecing up a £2000 Gaming PC Including Monitor

I need to spec up a new gaming PC which I'm planned to get for Christmas this year. The current specification I'm looking at includes:

Intel Kabylake i7 770k CPU
16GB of DDRR4 RAM
3TB Hard Drive
256GB M.2 SSD
Gigabyte Z270X-Ultra Gaming
8GB GTX 1080 Graphics Card
BENQ GL2760H 27" LED MONITOR
Steelseries Apex 100 Gaming Keyboard

I know 32GB is a bit excessive, but at this budget, why not?

I have 32GB of RAM in my gaming laptop, the MSI Dominator Pro and it's nice and smooth, so I would have 32GB in my desktop.

The S340 is actually one of the smaller full ATX cases. If you wanted something smaller than that you'd have to start minimizing other components like motherboard down to micro ATX.
