Stuck between two cards

the ATI has a faster clock speed, but the nvidia has a faster memory speed. This is the price range that im looking at too. So if you guys could tell me which one you'd want and say why, or give me another reccomendation, i would be very pleased.

I'd pick the ATi personally, it's somewhat better in general in my book and overclocked probably pulls ahead even more.

Deffinetly go with the X850XT, it is better in almost every aspect.
