Stuck in POST

I just finished putting together a custom computer. When i power it on, it get stuck at 7F(displaying setup messages) during POST(this causes the setup messages not to be displayed). I have a TForce 590 SLI deluxe from Biostar. Please help

When i push the power button. I can see it run thru the POST checklist ( i have a little digital display on the MoBo) and when it gets to the part were it displays the setup messages, it stops and does not go any farther. The monitor turns on, the CPU is on, the memory is reconized and the graphics card is on too, but nothing appears on the screan. There isn't an OS on it yet tho. This is the first start up

put a os on can you get to that stage where you can boot from a cd?

If you have your HDD on Cable Select, take it off. This happened to me when I was building my System.
