Suggestions for my site

Hi, I'm new here
I've made a website about the house where I live with 3 friends in Rome.
I know that once someone has visited it, it's difficoult that he'll be back, so I'm looking for something to add to make people come back to it.
I'm not very good with web designing (also with english, sorry ).
If you have some ideas, please tell me.

I think that is a very nice site alhazred,
The main thing I can suggest is to place more text on the site. At the moment there is a lot of images.
The text will be picked up by the search engines hopefully and draw more visitors to your site.
