suggestions?

Hey guys, I want to either buy a laptop or desktop for gaming. I am looking to spend around 750 dollars, 800 at most. Would I get a better laptop or Desktop for gaming? and if you can please give me some options with links to laptops and desktops you suggest.
I basically want to get the best system I can get for gaming no matter if it's a desktop or a laptop. Also, the only thing I will be using the computer for will be College things, Music, Youtube, Facebook, and Runescape(the game). If there is a computer a lot less in price that can run Runescape on max graphics then PLEASE suggest that.

If you want the best system you can get for that budget, you'll want a desktop definitely. Also, build your own, that right there is the cheapest and the best.

Find a decent barebones and upgrade what you can on it. Tigerdirect and Newegg usually have pretty good deals on them.

'Gaming laptop' really is a contradiction in terms, go with a desktop system.

GPU and PSU if you go that route. most likely you would get a crap PSU if you bought a pre made computer. Building is your best option.

Well, I don't remember Runescape being particularly graphics intensive XD, so Mabey just something simple that draws power from the pice slot like a GTX 430
