System Restore

Hey I just restored my computer to an earlier date and everything is perfect except it deleted all of my desktop shortcuts. Is there any way to get them back?

Also, any good XHTML/CSS comprehensive tutorials out there?

I dont think MS had shortcuts as a high priority when developing the system restore feature. If you mean the traditional shortcuts as per W2K or something:
1. Right click on desktop
2. Properties
3. Desktop tab
4. Customize Desktop
5. Enable whatever icons you want.
