Taking apart a PSU

I have a few extra PSU's laying around. Should i take one apart and see how it ticks. i have some Eletrical backround so tell me what im dealing with...
I know i need to be grounded at all times when doing that. I also know that know that convert AC to DC. Thats around all i know right now i think.

Yeah, if I remember correctly, not much in those PSUs can "kill" you, but it might hurt like all if oyu get shocked :P

I really don't care to get into PSUs. I've opened my share of them, and there's not much in there... About all I care about anymore are fans, as you can sometimes get decent ones from PSUs...
